"I can't live without you" is a statement of addictive dependency. It implies dependency on another person other than God to sustain your life. Though people who talk like this may do it trying to get the other person to love them back and feel sorry for them but the latter is what it will be. Of course they might feel sorry for you and stay with you but that's all it will be because true love doesn't thrive on pity.  Another statement in error is "You complete me" this is another false statement that implies lack of confidence in your self and also you have a void which you think someone should fill.
