Whatever we do in life, our mind is the engine room where success or failure is determined. So lets talk about it. The analogy here is the ice berg as you can see in the diagram. You probably know that only about 10 percent of an iceberg actually shows above water and that about 90% is below water.  Well that’s the way the mind is as well with one key difference. This story is mind blowing and it makes me realize how much the human mind can achieve if put under serious pressure not withstanding the age of the individual. Its been said over and over again how age is a number. This is a realistic statement because at 16, Grace Bush could bag a degree in Criminal Justice just a week before her high School graduation. She was home schooled by her mum who was very glad saying they set high standards for her and she actually hit it. When she was asked what the secret was, if she had some special powers, she smiled and said there is no secret but hard work and dedication and that anybody could do it.
