THE GREAT CONSPIRACY AGAINST THE MIND (MY TESTIMONY)

There is a conspiracy against the human race by the devil and his host in the world today and the truth is a lot of  folks don't even know it. Let me tell you a bit of what i have been through in my little time on the earth.

 Yours sincerely has been a lover of films from the time i was a child, i mean, i was addicted to it... we could travel long distances from our homes just to go see movies and have some fun. from there i contacted a demon of lust and this led me to pornography and masturbation at the age of 11. WHAT! YEA! i was into pornography since 11 until God saved me at 17 and then i thought it was over but it has just begun. Even as a christian, it didn't end like that.. i thought once you were a christian, you became free instantly YES! your spirit man comes alive and you soul is saved but still with all the memories from your past... that doesn't go away except by diligently studying the scriptures to replace all those junks you have accumulated over the years with the word of God in prayers (Rom. 12:2, Col. 3:16, Josh. 1:8).. this i took very lightly because the devil attacked me by sending a mind controlling spirit at me right on the day of my bible school graduation same month i gave my life to Christ. 

The battle was fierce and i was considering suicide at a point. I would scream out in the middle of the road sometimes and the voices still won't go away. sometimes I would cry and shout on the top of my voice asking God to help me but it seemed as though He wasn't hearing me. The voices kept telling me God couldn't help me and that everything I know about Him was a lie and that He never existed. This went on for 7 months and the devil offered an easy way out by tempting me with the sin of masturbation again and then i fell back right into it and for a while the voices left me but the guilt remained. 

After this had happened i just prayed and asked God for forgiveness and I know he forgave me. But instead of doing the right thing by staying away from the TV that led to all of this, atleast for a while till i could control what i watched, I continued seeing all kinds of movies with kissing scenes and sex scenes and all that stuff...and then I kept falling back into masturbation and asking for forgiveness and then crying after which the same cycle repeated itself. 

I am not ashamed to say this anymore because in all of this, God never gave up on me, He kept me all through from the destruction of the devil and i am now convinced that its time to tell the world what God did for me. The enemy saw what i was going to become and decided to attack the center of my glory and that was my creativity which is a major function of the mind when it is engaged in imagination.

Today i can boldly say i am free not just from masturbation but from the demon of lust. (lust of the eyes) I have replaced the TV addiction with a hunger and thirst for more of Jesus everyday and with fellowship with the Spirit of God on a daily basis i have help from him everyday to stay free. 

If you are reading this, and you can't seem to do without the television, you need to start praying and asking God for His help now because the pictures you see on TV are imprinted into your mind and most of them are not what you should be seeing because they end up becoming your meditation and further leading to your actions even unconsciously. 

Let me tell you what this means, every movie you watch is born out of someone else's imagination and which was developed into a picture and then given to you as a finished product. When you watch it, you accept their imagination and it becomes your own thoughts and when this continues, you find it difficult to make reasonable contributions because your mind which is the eye of your spirit has been blinded by the devil. 

Four things this can do to you is 

1. you become lazy in your mind and cannot imagine things anymore which means your creativity dies gradually 

2. you begin to act according to the pictures they have created and sent into your subconcious by continuous viewing. 

3. It weakens your will power and makes you do things you would never want to do. 

4. you are exposed to the atmosphere of demons beyond the physical realm giving them access into your life freely. 

HOW TO BE FREE

1. Accept Jesus as Lord and Savior now by confessing this.... Jesus come into my life, save me from sin and make me your own. I believe you died and rose to set me free. Thank you for saving me

2. Remove the television or shut it off permanently for a period of 3 months.

3. Get praying and studying the bible and ask the Holy Spirit to teach you before you open your bible everytime.

4. Change your association and the places you used to go that is a constant reminder of who you used to be and now get used to your new identity in Christ.

I pray for you that, help from God be granted you to go through that test of your life whatever it is and come out strong and shinning in glory to God. You will not fail heaven but rather you will come out better and wiser. Receive grace to make that important decision you need to make and stand by it In Jesus name. Amen!
